At Nova, we are committed to providing high-quality custom products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully:


1. Custom Products

Since most of our products are custom-made or 3D printed according to customer requirements, returns or exchanges are not accepted once production has started, except in cases of manufacturing defects or mistakes from our side.


2. Ready-Made Products

Ready-made items can be returned or exchanged within 3 days of receiving the order, provided that:

  • The item is unused
  • The item is in its original condition
  • The original packaging is intact

3. Eligible Return Cases

Returns or exchanges are accepted in the following cases:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Receiving the wrong item
  • Damage during shipping (must be reported upon delivery)

4. Shipping Costs

If the return is due to an error from our side, Nova will cover the full shipping cost.
In other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.


5. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
